Carrie focuses on exceeding her clients expectations, by listening, being always available and creating a “wow” experience for them. Kia is a born and raised local to Mancos, Colorado. She graduated from Grand Canyon University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. After college she spent several years traveling and working in marketing before returning to Colorado. She has had a front row seat to watching her mom’s (Carrie Summers) journey as a leading Realtor over the last 11 years. She decided to step out and utilize her knowledge of the area and passion for serving others to join her mom’s brokerage as a Realtor.
Kia enjoys serving the community as a volunteer at Adaptive Sports Association in Durango, CO as a ski and snowboard instructor. In her free time, you can find her hiking the beautiful surrounding mountains, traveling, cooking new recipes, and paddle boarding.
